“licence code”

    Hi I've just asked a question here (http://onioneye.ticksy.com/ticket/44486/search/) but am having a few problems with my licence code. I've attached the screen shot from when I log into theme forest but I only have an option for the regular licence, not a licence certificate. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if there's a mistake somewhere, but the screen shot shows that I've paid for it and it's all legit. Would there be a licence code within the download that I could look for instead? Hope this will be enough for you to answer my question. Thank you

    Sorry to be such a pain, I've also got another question. On the individual portfolio item pages, is there any way to limit the related projects to just 1 row or 4 projects? I think I've found the right bit of code in the single-portfolio.php file but I wasn't too sure which bit to change. No worries if this is too complicated to do. Thanks for all of your help.

    no worries. The item purchase code can be found inside the License Certificate. Simply head on over to your Downloads page on ThemeForest, click on the item’s download button, and you’ll be able to grab it. For further instructions on how to obtain the purchase code, please have a look at the screenshot provided in the attachments. Once you find it, please enter it, by editing the ticket, and adding the code in the appropriate field to receive any further support. 

    In the meantime, I am going to answer your latest question posted in this ticket.
